Privacy Policy

This policy covers hokaidolv.com, the website of Hokaido Sushi, operated by CD & JJ Management Inc at 6015 S Fort Apache Rd, Ste 150, Las Vegas, NV 89148. It explains what we collect, why, and how to get it removed. We do not sell your information.

What we collect

When you send us a message

The contact form asks for your name, email address and your message. We keep it so we can answer you.

When you book a table

The reservation form asks for your name, email address, phone number, party size, date and time, and anything you add in the notes field, such as a birthday or an allergy. We send a one-time code to your phone or email and the booking is only saved once you enter it — that is how we know a real guest made it. We do not take payment on this site and never ask for card details.

Marketing messages, only if you ask

The reservation form has a separate, optional checkbox for restaurant news such as specials and happy hour. Leaving it unchecked has no effect on your booking. If you check it, we keep your email address and phone number for that purpose until you opt out.

Automatically, when you visit

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), and the kind of device and browser you use. We do not use it to identify you by name. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard security logs, and the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots.

How we use it

• To answer your message or hold your table.
• To send your verification code, your confirmation, and to tell the restaurant a booking came in.
• To send restaurant news, only if you asked for it.
• To keep the site working and free of spam, and to understand which pages are useful.

Who else handles it

These companies process information on our behalf, and only for the job named:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores messages and reservations.
• Resend — sends our emails.
• Twilio — will send our text messages if we add texting; we do not send texts today.
• Google Analytics — website statistics.

Ordering and delivery happen on other companies' sites. When you tap Order Online, Grubhub or Uber Eats, you leave hokaidolv.com and their privacy policies apply, not this one. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google.

Text messages

We do not send text messages today; codes and confirmations go by email. If we add texting, messages would go only to the number you give us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop the code you need to confirm a booking. We do not share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing, and mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties.

How long we keep it

Messages and reservation records stay in our system as part of the restaurant's records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we need it to settle a dispute. Marketing preferences last until you opt out.

Your choices

• Email sushi@hokaidolv.com or call (702) 262-2213 to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Block cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on, to stay out of our statistics.
• We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
